Swanson Brothers Concrete believes that a quality concrete job requires proper site preparation. Many problems can be avoided by this stage which includes: excavation, compacting, granular fill and added reinforcement (steel rebar or wire). All of these services are available.

Demolition - Don’t cover-up problems of settling and cracking with overlays and thin coatings. These costly cover-ups are not a proper solution to unattractive and uneven concrete. Our suggestion is to remove the old concrete and replace it with a new finish including proper site preparation as described above.
